Ventech announces the appointment of Yakun WANG as Director of Communication & Marketing.
Holder of a Master’s degree from the Grande Ecole program at ESCP and a Bachelor of Arts with a diploma of excellence in French literature from Wuhan University of Technology (China), Yakun WANG began his career in 2015 at the Opéra National de Paris as Event and Communication Manager before joining Schneider Electric to organize and manage the campus relations of the Grandes Ecoles and the company’s employer brand in France. In 2018, Yakun joined Cathay Capital, a Sino-American-French investment company, to create and manage the company’s communication in Europe with a global perspective and strengthen the Marketing team internationally. In May 2022, Yakun WANG joined Ventech, a European pioneer in venture capital for start-up or recently created tech companies with more than 900 million euros in AuM, more than 200 investments and more than 90 exits with more than 20 IPOs.
As Communication & Marketing Director of Ventech, Yakun has a transversal position within the team and is now responsible for increasing the company’s notoriety, structuring marketing actions, building and managing the strategy of communication in order to strengthen Ventech’s position in Europe.
