Market physiognomy

Tunindex ended today’s session Tuesday, May 10, 2022 advancing by 0.33% to 7302.35 points while Tunindex 20 appreciated by 0.45% to stand at 3185.04 points.

The annual yield of the market increased slightly compared to the previous day to stand at 3.64% in a flow of exchanges of 2.7 million dinars (MD) and this, in the absence of a block transaction. The Tunis Stock Exchange was also marked by a balance of trade with 21 stocks up against 16 stocks down.

Behavior of values

On the trading side, PGH was the most traded security of the session, with a business flow of 381 thousand dinars which represents 14.4% of the total trade followed by BIAT for 292 thousand dinars. The title ECYCLE also drained a business volume of 281 thousand dinars while falling by 1.68% to 30.98 dinars (D). SFBT mobilized 239 thousand dinars.

Concerning the upward variations, NEW BODY LINE evolved from 3.91% to 6.11 D while draining a modest volume of exchanges followed by the value TUNIS AIR which advanced from 3.84% to 0.54 D and MONOPRIX which increased by 3.76% to 4.69 D. The CARTHAGE CEMENT share rose by 3.05% to 1.35 D.

On the other hand, the GIF share depreciated by 4.25% to 0.45 D. The STE CIM DE BIZERTE share dropped by 4.24% to 1.58 D while AMS fell to 0.88 D, thus suffering a loss of 3.29%.

AMEN BANK – The bank informs its shareholders that its Ordinary General Meeting held on April 28, 2022 decided to distribute a dividend, relating to the 2021 financial year, in the amount of 1.450 D divided between the profits of the year 2021 for 0.437 D and profits prior to the year 2014 for 1.013 D. Payment will be made from Monday, May 16, 2022.
