The CSRD, known as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, replaces the NFRD and gives broader ambitions to corporate sustainability reporting. Its objective is to apply ESG criteria in the evaluation of the company’s performance, through its extra-financial report. CSRD regulatory standards should be adopted by the European Union by the end of 2022, for application to companies from 2025.
Through this training, Novethic offers you a deciphering of the obligations of the directive and their impact on companies of all sizes, large listed groups or SMEs.
