Joining MaVilleMonShopping.fr means joining a growing company and a team of 40 people in the heart of Bordeaux, where good humor and a common desire to get involved in local commerce reign.
The position: BtoB Marketing Officer
Permanent position, based in Bordeaux center (33), to be filled from March 2022.
At the heart of the Marketing department, the BtoB Marketing Manager works with the Communication Manager in close collaboration with the sales team to set up marketing actions with the main objectives:
– public sector/local authorities: renewal and membership of new partners,
– platform sellers: recruitment and retention
– companies (CSR)
Its main tasks will be:
– Content Strategy
– Participation in the definition of the editorial calendar of the different communication channels: blog, social networks, mailing, video design, etc.
– Writing and sending e-mailing (via Mailchimp)
– Writing articles for the blog (conducting interviews with partner communities, merchants, etc.)
– Monitoring of KPIs and production of reports
Community management (linkedin, twitter, facebook):
– Implementation and management of publications: writing, videos, design
– Monitoring, moderation and animation of the community on RS
– KPI monitoring and reporting
Marketing of commercial offers for merchants, communities and businesses:
– Management of the marketing part of new commercial offers: creation of communication kit, creation of content and communication media (videos, brochures, etc.), management of the logistics of the offer in connection with the Customer Success service
– Promotion of commercial offers
Partner community relations:
– On-boarding of new partners: reflection on the reception strategy, putting institutional pages online, implementation and follow-up of requests for printing communication media, sending the welcome mailing and welcome kits, webinar
– Participation in the partner recruitment strategy
– Tracking and sending statistics
Print communication media:
– Management of print media (kakemonos, posters, flyers, POS, etc.), from design to distribution
– Follow-up of the setting up of trade fairs and other events
– Press and competition monitoring
Main qualities sought:
– Training in digital marketing / communication
– Very good editorial skills and appetite for writing (notions of SEO)
– Good analytical skills and mastery of Excel
– Knowledge of office software (Pack Office), CMS such as WordPress
– Mastery of print media: good knowledge of graphic design tools (illustrator in particular) and relations with printers
– Ability to manage projects with different interlocutors
– Curiosity, organization and rigor
– Autonomy, strength of proposal, entrepreneurial spirit
– Collaborative spirit and good humor
2 to 3 years minimum experience
Prior experience in B2B marketing or in the field of e-commerce or marketplace would be ideal
